I CAN Runner’s Gallery

On a boiling hot Sunday in April, I CAN was fortunate to have eight dynamic runners pound the pavements of the capital for the London Marathon. With temperatures reaching up to 24.1 degrees, the brave athletes ran to raise funds for children and young people with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN).  Amongst the pack from I CAN was a parent and a cousin of a child from Meath School, the boyfriend of a trainee Speech and Language Therapist, the son of a member of staff at Dawn House School and a member of I CAN’s Communications Team. We are incredibly grateful for all of their dedication, hours of training and for taking part with 40,000 runners across 26.2 miles. Well done to you all! If you still wish to donate to one of the runners, please do by visiting I CAN’s Just Giving Page.

If you feel inspired and want to take the challenge and run The London Marathon in 2019, please email Lina Santeusanio on lsanteusanio@ican.org.uk
