Dawn House School students invited to perform at Royal Concert Hall, Nottingham

Four further education students from Dawn House, I CAN’s specialist school, have been chosen to showcase their musical talents at the prestigious Royal Concert Hall, Nottingham next month.

The students, aged between 16  and 19 have been working with a DJ from County Youth Arts Nottingham over the past four months, composing songs and honing their musical skills. The group have already performed their work locally but are thrilled to be given the opportunity to showcase their talents to a wider audience. Tom Hitchen, Alex Kendrick Allen, Scott Parker, Dominic Parker and Joe Kirk have already composed two dance tracks which they performed at the Old Library Theatre in Mansfield, alongside students from other schools in the area.

The showcase, a free event, will take place on Tuesday 23rd February at 8.00pm.
